How PlotForge Works
You bring one sentence. PlotForge runs the rest of the pipeline — premise, cast, outline, chapters, and polish — and hands you a serialized novel you can keep going.
The four-step pipeline
1 · Premise
PlotForge expands your one-sentence idea into a full premise: the hook, the world rules, the central conflict, and the promise the story makes to readers. This is the foundation — everything downstream inherits from it.
2 · Cast
It builds the protagonist, their cheat (golden finger / system / special ability), the rival, and a supporting web. Each character gets a goal, a flaw, and a role in the central conflict — so scenes have friction instead of drifting.
3 · Outline
The outline breaks the premise into arcs and chapters. Because web serials run long, PlotForge plans in blocks: each chapter gets a purpose, and each arc gets an escalation ladder so stakes keep rising.
4 · Write chapters
Chapters are written one at a time, consistent with the premise, cast, and outline. Because the outline holds the long-range plan, chapters stay on-course instead of drifting after twenty thousand words.
Why the pipeline matters for serials
Most AI writing tools generate one scene at a time. That works for a short piece and falls apart for a 300-chapter serial, because nothing holds continuity. PlotForge keeps the premise, cast sheet, and outline as persistent context, so chapter 87 still knows what chapter 3 established.
